I completely cleaned out Joshua's dresser and closet and made sure only the clothes that fit him are kept. I got rid of everything that was 6-month sized or smaller. I filled up 3 big boxes! He's definitely fitting in the 9-month sized clothes. I unpacked all the 1-year stuff and put those in his dresser, too. All of clothes that Noah grows out of will go directly into Joshua's room now. I also went through Noah's closet and pulled out all the small stuff out and put those in Joshua's closet, and pulled out the big stuff that Noah needs to start wearing and put that in the washer. That was a good project to finish!
I got inspired because the Haans (Carrie's sister-in-law) had asked us for any old baby stuff we could spare. They had given us sooo much stuff years ago before Noah was born and we've used all of it. They were such a blessing. Then when Joshua finally started outgrowing everything, we contacted them to see if they wanted any of it back to pass along to someone else. Her cousin in pregnant and can use it all. YAY! I'm so thankful for their generosity and so grateful that we can keep it going!
We need to retire the Bumbo soon, too. Joshua's fat little legs get stuck in them all the time. And he's getting stronger every day and so I worry that he's going to push himself right out, and roll down onto the floor. *shudder*
Comments:Uncle Bruce: So glad to hear that you are sharing the baby stuff. We did that too with our kids. I can't tell you how many times clothes, cribs, and other stuff went back and forth among sisters, cousins, nieces, and etc. The world needs more people like you two. Lots and lots of love to you, Chad, Noah, and Joshua.Add a comment:

Joshua is a 100% milk formula boy now. WOO HOO! We had been slowly weaning him off the soy formula and finished the last of it yesterday. Chad said he's done great so far with the milk. YAY, Joshua! I'm so thankful he hasn't had any more allergic reactions. That first time was so scary. Thank God it was also the last time.
He is getting so big, too. He is really heavy - probably just a few pounds less than Noah. And his legs are huge. He has lots of folds still and I still find cheese in some of them. Gross.Comments:traci: THAT IS SO GREAT that he is over his reactions! I am so happy for you ALL! What a huge relief!!!! Praise God!Add a comment:

Noah is growing! In every way!
First of all, he did the cutest thing - he said grace! We noticed him doing it on his own, and were so shocked because we haven't been teaching him. He's obviously learned solely on observation which is so cool! He'll clasp his hands together, close his eyes, mumble mumble mumble and then say "amen!" It comes out sounding more like "ah-mahn". But you get the gist. It's so adorable. He's talking a lot more lately, and can say "bye" really clearly now and waves.
Noah is also getting long. We've been squeezing him into 18-mo. pj's, but now they're just too small. I gotta stop putting him in those so they don't get too stretched out and worn. They need to last for Joshua to wear! Time to get out the 2T's! Our little baby is growing up!Comments:Add a comment:
